This exclusive building has been built on a very special place - celts lived here - in the forest. The outstanding atmosphere is brought about by a successful combination of traditional elements and innovative technology together with appropriate lighting and clever accessories.

Glass facades to the south and the east enable a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, practically bringing them indoors.

The materials used are sustainable and regional: stone, steel, wood growing in the forests nearby for centuries: swiss pine, larch and spruce

Up to 11 people at a time can spend fabulous holidays in this luxury chalet in the Sekauer Alps, where tradition and modernity come together. 220m2 on three floors.

An additional separately accessible area, which is nestled in the wood and fitted with a private bathroom, may be used as a study or “playroom for adults” (Fifty Shades of Grey).

An extremely comfortable atmosphere is brought about by natural materials such as mature timber, felt, loden, leather.

This area is equiped of course with bathroom and toilett.

A special “Farmer in the door ” welcomes you and escorts you to the living area with an open fireplace and comfortable seating as well as a fully fitted kitchen.

The private wellness area consists of a bar made of steel and mature timber, an entirely glass walled sauna, appropriate seating, an open raindrop shower and a bath tub, which makes dreams come true.

You enjoy a great view of the big wooden terrace with a grill and the heated Infinity Pool (35 degree all the year), where you are pampered with music of your own choice even under water!

Enjoy your welcome drink of “Zirbenschnaps”( a brandy made of the pins of swiss pine) with a grand view of majestic Zirbitzkogel (2.396m).

This remote area teems with game, birds, foxes and all kinds of animals.

On the upper floor there is a home cinema and multi media room, an open-plan bathroom with separate WC, and a bedroom made of pine wood with a walk-in wardrobe and many old pieces of decoration taken from the 500 year-old farm.

Ahead your arrival you can choose your mattress - hard, middle or soft ... for your comfort.

The adjoining terrace provides much space and a fantastic view of a never-ending starry sky.
